Job summary

Oakley Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Coleshill for a full-time hybrid role. You will handle quotes, orders, and data, delivering excellent customer service while coordinating with teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines in a supportive environment with training and career development. A hybrid setup follows training with some home working and office days.

Responsibilities

• Processing quotes and orders through various systems.
• Allocating and shipping of goods and order processing.
• Converting quotations.
• Communicating with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
• Identifying opportunities and logging on the database.
• Updating and maintaining a database with accurate information.
• Management of back orders and data management of customer orders.
• Ensuring delivery to schedule of all orders.
• Coordinating data management, data control and data protection.
