Job summary

Haughey Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Magherafelt to join a fast-growing team. You will respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat, support the order journey with parts and samples, and build strong product knowledge to explain technical details clearly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, excellent communication, and strong computer skills. Hybrid working options may be available as you become proficient in the role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat.
• Support customers through the order journey, including orders and parts.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to explain technical information clearly.
• Identify recurring queries and share feedback with the Team Leader.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience.
• Manage daily workload while staying organised.
