Job summary

Sage Homes in Northampton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, acting as the first point of contact across phone, email and digital channels.

You will complete probation with learning phase in office, then hybrid arrangement up to two days from home each week, aiming to resolve enquiries and provide accurate advice while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions and work independently.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and digital channels.
• Take ownership of enquiries and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Provide accurate advice and support while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless resolutions for customers.
