Job summary

Pertemps in Coleshill is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support hospitality clients with calls and emails. You will process orders, coordinate with warehouse teams, and keep client records up to date in a busy contact centre.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7.5 hours per day, with early starts. Full training and mentoring are provided, and a friendly, supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in customer care, contact centre, inbound handling or order processing.
• Experience handling calls and emails for hospitality clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from hospitality clients.
• Process orders quickly and accurately using internal systems.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to track delivery issues.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and log customer interactions.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
