Confidential based in the Watford area is seeking customer-focused candidates for a 12-month FTC. The role offers hybrid working, with training at the Watford office and 2-3 days in the office each week thereafter.

Salary is £31,380 plus fantastic benefits, including an enhanced pension, discretionary bonus, and private healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, be keen to learn and grow, and work well as part of a successful and expanding team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in an office environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior administration experience and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by handling enquiries quickly and keeping customers updated.
• Understand individual customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
• Respond to incoming emails and manage communications efficiently.
