Think Specialist Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning client in Watford for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month FTC. The role offers hybrid working with training at the Watford office and 2-3 days per week thereafter.

Salary is £31,380 per annum with enhanced pension and a discretionary bonus. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service, respond to emails, understand customer needs, and build internal and external relationships as part of a

• Previous experience within customer service
• Relationship building skills
• Previous administration experience
• Strong team player
• Good communication skills on all levels
• Able to commute to the Watford office - hybrid working is available after training

• Provide a good level of customer service by ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that the customer is kept up to date at all stages of the process
