Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd. is recruiting a temporary Customer Advisor for a Sheffield-based role with hybrid working. The contract runs for 16 weeks with the potential to move into a permanent position depending on business needs.

The role requires handling a range of customer enquiries, delivering outstanding service and maintaining professionalism. You’ll work 36 hours per week across five days, with weekend work on a fixed day.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt to different customer enquiries.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, contact centres or similar environments is desirable but not essential.
