Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd. is recruiting a temporary Customer Advisor for a Sheffield-based role with hybrid working. The contract runs for 16 weeks with the potential to move into a permanent position depending on business needs.

The role requires handling a range of customer enquiries, delivering outstanding service and maintaining professionalism. You’ll work 36 hours per week across five days, with weekend work on a fixed day.

Temporary Customer Advisor - Sheffield £12.71 per hour | Hybrid Working | 16-Week Temporary Contract | Potential Permanent Opportunities

What you'll be doing

As a Customer Relations Advisor, you'll be providing outstanding service to customers, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful and efficient. This is a multi-skilled role where no two days are the same.

What we're looking for

Hours of Work

36 hours per week

Working 5 days out of 7

Various shift patterns available. A fixed working day at the weekend is required.

Hybrid Working

Following your initial training and once you've successfully reached the required competency level, you'll have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week, provided you have a suitable home working environment.

Pay & Contract

£12.71 per hour

16-week temporary contract Opportunity to apply for permanent positions following the temporary assignment, subject to business requirements.
