Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a part-time role in Oakham. The position runs 9am–5pm, 2–3 days per week, with hybrid working options and pro rata salary of £26,325 per year.

The role is customer-facing, phone-led with emails and occasional live chat. You will handle renewals, changes and claims, maintain records, and deliver a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous inbound customer service experience.
• Fluent English with exceptional verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise and keep a level head.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and keep customer records fully up to date.
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding renewals, changes and claims.
• Respond to emails in a prompt and timely manner.
• Follow FCA guidelines (training provided).
• Be knowledgeable regarding product ranges and services to assist enquiries by telephone and email.
