Job summary

Everywhen in Sheffield is seeking a Telesales Advisor to join a friendly team. You’ll start with full training, then hybrid work with home-working two days a week, and a Monday-Thursday schedule with Friday early finish.

No prior experience required as training is provided; the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by phone and email, achieving daily and monthly targets, and contributing to lead generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior sales experience and strong phone/email communication.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads for field-based sales consultants.
• Ability to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets by maximizing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to new and existing customers by phone and email.
• Take personal responsibility for lead generation for our field-based sales consultants.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets by maximizing opportunities.
• Generate new prospects and conduct market research on leads to warm status.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and KPIs.
