Job summary

Multitask Personnel is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor in Leeds to join a brand-new customer service team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence, across a hybrid office/home setup, with a focus on accurate CRM updates and customer rapport.

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 3-month probation leading to a permanent contract. The position offers a salary of £23,500 rising to £26,000, plus incentives and a bonus, in a modern Leeds

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Customer Service / Contact Centre environment is essential.
Computer literate, with confident use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Experience using diallers, inbound contact centre platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, as well as written correspondence.
Building strong rapport with clients and customers, keeping the customer journey at the forefront of every interaction.
Using Microsoft Teams and Outlook, along with dialler and contact centre platforms, to manage daily tasks.
Accurately recording and updating customer information within CRM systems.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail across all customer-facing tasks.
