Qualifications

• NQ - 4 years PQE in Medical Negligence.
• Strong defendant Clinical Negligence experience.
• Good working knowledge of CPR and claims handling processes.
• Excellent drafting skills and strong technical ability.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation and litigated Clinical Negligence matters.
• Conduct or assist on complex claims and healthcare regulatory work.
• Draft pleadings, reports, correspondence and detailed legal advice.
• Engage in advocacy and attend hearings and court proceedings.
• Supervise and mentor Junior Lawyers and Paralegals.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.
