Job summary

Intact Insurance is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager within Operational Excellence. You will lead continuous improvement across assigned business areas, driving service, productivity and efficiency through process design and change delivery.

The role collaborates with leaders to embed improvements, coach teams in CI practices, and ensure sustainability. We offer hybrid working, flexible hours, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean or process optimisation.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification or certification.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in operational performance.
• Effective stakeholder management and ability to drive change through influence.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of continuous improvement outcomes, including service performance, productivity and efficiency gains.
• Identifies, prioritises and delivers improvements, ensuring measurable impact against performance metrics.
• Leads process redesign and optimisation, embedding changes into day-to-day operations.
• Drives resolution of performance issues, working with leaders to improve service delivery.
• Partners with operational teams to ensure improvements are sustained and embedded.
• Coaches stakeholders and teams to adopt CI practices and continuously improve performance.
