Job summary

BMT NI in Belfast is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue across its packaging software, engineering services and hardware offerings. The role combines customer engagement, account development and event-led lead generation in a hybrid work environment with three days in office and two remote.

You will identify new markets, manage strategic accounts, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and lead industry participation from initial contact to deal close.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum five years' experience in technical sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities and grow revenue.
• Experience selling technical, consultative offerings with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new markets, customers and routes to market.
• Lead opportunities through to close with the Head of Sales.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to deliver commercially viable solutions.
• Plan and execute industry events, exhibitions and conferences to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and progress forecasting.
