UBT is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Industrial Packaging in Dundee, Scotland. Hybrid work arrangement with a competitive package including base salary £45,000–£55,000, £10,000 bonus, and a company car or car allowance.

You will identify and secure new customers, nurture them through onboarding, and help shape Scotland-wide commercial expansion. Strong B2B sales experience and a UK driving licence are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in packaging, industrial consumables, manufacturing, distribution, or a related B2B environment.
• Proven track record of delivering new business growth and meeting sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and account development skills.

• Identify, target, and win new customers across Dundee and surrounding areas.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned to business objectives.
