Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite finance applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct full risk assessments and borrower background checks.
• Analyze valuation reports and contractor quotes for project viability.
• Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to progress applications.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and underwriting standards.
