Job summary

A leading grocery retailer is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive the development of Own Brand offerings within the Grocery category. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage the brand's strategic pipeline, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring a seamless execution of branding across various customer touch points. This position requires strong brand leadership and commercial acumen, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders effectively. A commitment to collaboration is essential to succeed in this role.

  • Lead the development of Own Brand across the Grocery category.
  • Execute brand strategic plans and pipelines through the 6Ps.
  • Identify growth opportunities and prioritize them.
  • Develop and launch new product concepts to drive growth.
  • Monitor market trends and customer metrics actively.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are implemented consistently.
