Qualifications

• 1+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B)
• Experience in a 360 sales cycle
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs
• Understanding of SMEs and their financial workings

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of Customer accounts and oversee the full sales cycle.
• Drive outbound prospecting to ramp card spend and account management.
• This is a telephone-based role (no face‑to‑face or field sales).
• Contact SME owner-directors to sell our business credit card and build a strong pipeline.
• Maintain high standards of FCA compliance in all activities.
