Job summary

Capital on Tap is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our hybrid Sales team in Brighton. You’ll manage a portfolio of SME accounts, drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to increasing card spend, and build a strong pipeline through daily calls.

You’ll be tasked with achieving ambitious targets while adhering to FCA regulations. The role offers uncapped commissions and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of telesales experience, ideally in B2B.
• Experience in a full 360 sales cycle.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets.
• Understanding of SMEs and their financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to ramping card spend.
• Make 30-50 outbound calls per day to SME owner-directors.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
