Job summary

Capital on Tap is expanding its Sales team in Brighton with a hybrid role. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, driving end-to-end sales from outbound prospecting to increasing card spend, primarily via calls with SME owner-directors.

The role emphasizes a 360 sales cycle, KPI-driven targets and adherence to FCA regulations, with uncapped commission potential and a strong focus on hitting spend targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B, although not required).
• Experience in a 360 sales cycle.
• A proven track record of working to KPIs.
• An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating leads.
• Building and managing a customer pipeline.
• Making 30-50 outbound cold calls per day.
• Working towards and hitting targets of card spend.
• Managing customer accounts and spend.
• Working to high standards of FCA regulations.
