Job summary

Capital on Tap in Brighton is seeking ambitious graduates for its Sales Academy. The six-month training program equips you to sell our award-winning business credit card to UK businesses, shadow top performers, and learn payments industry basics.

You will source leads, make outbound calls, manage a growing portfolio, and work towards targets with real progression to a Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Energetic and personable with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to be successful.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
