Job summary

A well-established air conditioning contractor is looking for an HVAC Service Engineer in London. A company van and tools will be provided along with generous holiday allowance. This position offers a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 OTE and paid travel.

Qualifications

Overview

Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer
Location: London & Surrounding Areas (Travel Paid Door to Door)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, minimum 40 hours/week

The Role

Join a well-established air conditioning contractor with over 30 years in the industry. As a Service Engineer, you'll carry out maintenance and attend breakdowns on a range of HVAC systems, primarily in the hospitality sector across the London area.

Key Duties

• Regular maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems
• Work on chilled water, heat pump A/C systems, extraction and filtration plant
• Fault finding and repair of HVAC control systems
• Emergency call-outs as part of a rotational standby schedule

Requirements

• Experience with air handling units, kitchen extract systems, and air conditioning
• F-Gas certification (essential)
• CSCS card (required)
• Strong fault-finding skills and understanding of HVAC control panels
• Manufacturer training (e.g. Daikin) preferred
• Experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector is a bonus
