Job summary

Emtec Climate Solutions in Warrington is seeking a Service Co-ordinator to ensure our service operations run smoothly, coordinating reactive and planned work and keeping customers informed. You will schedule engineers, manage service administration, raise RAMS and job sheets, and support ordering of parts to enable on-time, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration.
• Experience in HVAC, Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering is desirable.
• Strong administrative capability with accuracy and RAMS documentation.
• Clear communication skills and professional telephone manner.
