• Clear communication and professional telephone manner in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our busy team in Warrington, permanent, full time, and right at the heart of our service operations.
Hours of Work: Full time
Service Co-ordinator Duties: You will coordinate reactive and planned service activities, ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently and customers receive professional, timely updates. Working day-to-day with a designated team of engineers and alongside the Senior Service Coordinator, you will manage service administration accurately, maintain records in company systems, raise job sheets and RAMS, chase engineer paperwork, and support the smooth delivery of service operations—from parts ordering to completed job packs for invoicing.

Service Co-ordinator Requirements

• Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (or a strong transferable background).
• Experience within HVAC, Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering is desirable.
• Comfortable using JobLogic, SimPRO, or similar service management software (experience with JobLogic is a bonus).
• Strong administrative capability with excellent accuracy and attention to detail, including managing RAMS and required documentation.
• Clear communication skills and a professional telephone manner, with the ability to stay calm and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
