Job summary

Critical Resource Group Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our clients’ engineering team and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You’ll act as the central contact between engineers, clients and suppliers, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely updates to customers, and accurate paperwork completion across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Coordinator, Planner, or Scheduler role.
• Proficiency with CRM or service management systems.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling engineers for planned and reactive service works across multiple sites.
• Managing incoming calls and coordinating urgent callouts.
• Liaising with customers to confirm appointments and job updates.
• Processing job sheets, service reports, and purchase orders.
• Monitoring SLAs and ensuring all work is completed on time.
• Supporting the wider operations and service delivery team.

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our clients’ engineering team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll be a central point between engineers, clients and suppliers, making sure jobs are scheduled efficiently, customers are kept up to date, and paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Scheduling engineers for planned and reactive service works across multiple sites
• Managing incoming calls and coordinating urgent callouts
• Liaising with customers to confirm appointments and job updates
• Processing job sheets, service reports, and purchase orders
• Monitoring SLAs and ensuring all work is completed on time
• Supporting the wider operations and service delivery team

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Planner, or Scheduler role
• Ideally worked within the HVAC sector but other engineering industries will be considered.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Confident using CRM or service management systems
• A team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
