Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Essex are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their office-based team in Billericay. You will schedule PPM visits, handle inbound client inquiries, raise and schedule jobs, and coordinate engineers and subcontractors to attend works.

The role requires experience in HVAC and FM, strong CAFM and MS Office skills, and solid administration responsibilities. Working hours are 08:00-17:00, with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and a pension in place.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC and FM industry
• Office-based in Billericay
• Previous role as Service Coordinator/Helpdesk or similar
• Proficient in handling inbound calls for customer queries and service requests
• Administration duties including filing, preparing documents and updating records

Responsibilities

• Schedule London and Home Counties PPM visits for the Engineering division
• Answer inbound calls from clients
• Raise and schedule jobs
• Arrange engineers and Subcontractors to attend works
• Raising purchase orders
• Process quotations
• Managing material orders
