Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration.
• HVAC, Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering background desirable.
• Familiarity with JobLogic, SimPRO or similar service management software (JobLogic bonus).
• Strong administrative capability with RAMS and documentation.
• Clear communication and professional telephone manner in a fast-paced environment.
