I’m working with a leading international bank to recruit an experienced and hands‑on HR Manager. This is a pivotal role within a highly professional and regulated environment, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a people agenda that supports both business goals and a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Reporting directly to senior management, you’ll lead a small HR team, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operations and the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the UK entity.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Take full ownership of the HR agenda, providing both strategic direction and hands‑on operational leadership
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective people solutions and advise on all aspects of people management
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law, HR policies, and regulatory frameworks including SMCR
  • Lead and mentor a team of four, fostering development, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery
