Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon is looking for a Part-Time HR Coordinator. Want to kickstart your career in HR? We are looking for someone who has experience of HR tasks who can join our small team and support with looking after all our wonderful associates. We are looking for a passionate HR Coordinator wanting to deliver a first-class employee experience at the world leading hospitality company Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon. The hotel has a range of amenities including the Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fully functioning Leisure Club. Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon provides exceptional, personal, and friendly service whilst catering to a variety of guests.

Responsibilities
  • Control and distribute emails and employee communication
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Support with employee learning and development
  • Assist and support candidates with the job application procedures
  • Support with employee related queries
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data
  • Support with recruitment and interviews
  • Be a role model for all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of propriety information
  • Support with employee onboarding
  • Tracking and maintaining employee training
  • Support Marriott’s fantastic employee recognition programme
