Fast-Growth International Bank

Our client is a rapidly growing bank, scaling up in the UK and Europe and we are urgently hiring for this exciting opportunity.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join this fast-growing international bank. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations across the UK, Paris, and Dubai, including managing end-to-end payroll, preparing contracts and induction packs, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, overseeing intern and graduate programmes, and maintaining accurate employee records. You’ll also support performance management, training, immigration processes, HR systems, and act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries. The position includes attending meetings, taking minutes, managing HR trackers, and providing cover for recruitment where needed.

The ideal candidate will be working towards a CIPD qualification and have at least three years of HR support experience, ideally within financial services. You’ll need strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and international payroll processes (Cascade experience highly beneficial). Discretion, excellent organisation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with experience handling employee relations and confidently managing confidential information.
