The Shire of Capel is seeking a motivated and capable Human Resources Advisor to join our Organisational Development team on a full-time, fixed-term basis for two years. The Shire of Capel is located in the South West, halfway between Bunbury and Busselton. We are nestled between the beach and the forest and are one of the fastest growing coastal Shires in Australia. Job Description

As the Human Resources Advisor, you will provide professional, practical HR advice and support across the organisation to enable fair, consistent and contemporary people management practices. Reporting to the Coordinator Human Resources, this role undertakes a broad range of operational HR activities including recruitment, employee relations support, performance development processes, training support and HR policy interpretation. Working under general direction, you will support managers and employees by offering clear guidance, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies, and contributing to a positive and equitable workplace culture.
