Job summary

A growing business in the HR sector is looking for an organized HR Administrator to join its team in Northampton. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for HR-related queries, resolving where possible.
  • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, ensuring queries are handled efficiently.
  • Keep employee records up to date and assist with payroll administration.
  • Draft and issue employment documentation, including contracts and amendments.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new starters and manage leaver processes.
  • Minute taking of ER cases.
  • Support recruitment and learning and development activity as required.

Skills

Experience in a similar HR Administrator or HR Assistant position
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
Well organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Desire to progress within HR and gain further qualifications

HR Administrator - Northampton

Salary: up to £28,500 + Annual discretionary bonus + Benefits (including cycle to work scheme, car scheme, health cash plan)

Working Model
