An international law firm in London is seeking an experienced HR Systems and MI Manager to manage its HR information system and deliver management information to support strategic decision-making. The candidate must have a proven track record in HR systems management and experience with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably in a law firm environment. Leadership skills are essential as the role involves managing a small team.
This incredibly impressive, successful, international Law Firm is looking for an experienced HR Information Management professional to join its highly-regarded HR Team.
The role is supremely important within the firm. The HR Systems and MI Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the Firm’s HR system and delivering insightful management information (MI) to support strategic decision-making within the Firm. This role involves ensuring the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities. The role holder will work closely with HR, IT and Finance teams, to ensure the right solutions and processes are in place to support the evolving needs of the business.
There is line management responsibility of a Systems Analyst and a Reporting and MI Analyst. The role reports into our Head of HR Policy & Services.
● Manage and optimise the Firm’s HR system and deliver MI to support strategic decision-making.
● Ensure the effective use of HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities.
● Collaborate with HR, IT and Finance teams to identify and implement the right solutions and processes to support evolving business needs.
● Lead a small team, including a Systems Analyst and a Reporting and MI Analyst, providing guidance and development.
