A local charity in Redhill is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in delivering quality care and engaging learning opportunities for children and young people. The role involves supporting learners to achieve their outcomes and fostering personal and social growth. This permanent position offers a salary between £10.91 and £12.21 per hour for 32 hours a week, along with benefits including free gym membership and parking.

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to assist the Hub Disability Leader in delivering high quality care, stimulating and engaging learning opportunities to Learners attending our Alternative Provision.
The successful candidate will inspire our learners by supporting them to achieve their learning outcomes which contribute to personal and social development. They will also be expected to assist in identifying areas of development and recording evidence for learning progression with recognition of outcomes achieved.
