The Job:

  • Lead and manage HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and client requirements
  • Deliver training, toolbox talks, and site audits
  • Support project teams with HSEQ planning and implementation
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business

A leading contractor in Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to oversee and develop Health, Safety, Environment and Quality practices across their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor and take the lead on HSEQ excellence.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an HSEQ rol
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential)
  • Strong knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Internal Auditor Certification would be advantageous
  • Experience in RAMS preparation and site auditing
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Ability to influence and embed a positive safety culture

The Package:
