HSEQ Auditor – Wireless Division (UK)

Field-Based (UK-Wide Travel) | Full-Time | Experienced Role

Drive Safety, Quality & Compliance Across UK Wireless Projects – Join Circet

Circet UK is seeking an experienced HSEQ Auditor to join our Wireless Division in a UK field-based role. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our offices, warehouses, and worksites operate in full compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and training standards.

Reporting into the HSEQ function, you will work closely with field teams, contractors, and suppliers, carrying out audits, providing guidance, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations—always with a safety-first mindset.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Carry out site and premises HSE audits using Evotix to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance
  • Create and maintain a robust audit schedule that fairly samples all workstreams, sites, contractors and suppliers
  • Record non-conformances, support investigations, identify corrective actions and ensure effective closure
  • Deliver and evidence Choices Site Briefings (toolbox talks) to employees, contractors and suppliers
  • Carry spare HSEQT equipment ( PPE, first aid kits) and issue where required during audits and inspections
  • Support six-monthly inspections of PPE, lifting equipment, ladders, PAT-tested appliances and fire extinguishers
  • Conduct Pre-Installation Visits (PIVs) and Multiskilled Site Visits (MSVs) where HSEQ presence is required
  • Provide on-site HSEQ supervision for high-risk or complex activities
  • Offer guidance, mentoring and practical HSEQ support across all levels of the organisation
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and undertake other duties as reasonably assigned
What You’ll Need
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HSEQ, Health & Safety, or compliance-focused role
  • Experience working within the Telecommunications sector
  • Experience carrying out site audits and engaging field-based teams

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident working independently in a field-based environment
  • Organised, detail-focused and methodical in approach
  • Ability to influence safe behaviours and promote positive safety cultureComfortable engaging with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
Qualifications & Certifications
  • Relevant HSEQ / Health & Safety qualification (desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to travel requirements)
