My client is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to take the lead on health, safety, and environmental strategy across operational and project sites. This is a key role that will shape compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and deliver continuous improvement aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the HSE management system, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and coach teams at all levels.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safe systems of work are in place.
Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent qualification).
