A leading HR consultancy is looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leadership and regional teams during a period of transition. This pivotal role focuses on employee relations and performance management, ensuring HR policies are upheld. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Maidenhead, with a 3 days on-site and 2 days remote working pattern.
