Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a Vice President to manage change projects in the HR Target Operating Model transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management and change management experience, a solid understanding of HR functions, and the ability to engage stakeholders at executive levels. Responsibilities include managing project plans, teams, and risks to ensure successful project delivery. This role is based in the UK with opportunities for candidates in both Glasgow and London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and change management within complex organisational environments.
• In-depth understanding of HR functions and processes, including their role in business transformation.
• Solid knowledge of Agile principles and experience applying an operational Agile model in project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at executive level, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Capacity to work independently, managing priorities and delivering outcomes with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage change projects to help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives.
• Development and management of project plans outlining scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Communication with stakeholders to ensure they are informed about project progress.
• Management of project teams, ensuring they are properly resourced.
• Creation of reports on project progress to ensure solutions are delivered on time and budget.
• Management of project risks, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated as necessary.
