A leading healthcare brand is seeking a Salesforce HR Systems Specialist to oversee the optimization and maintenance of Salesforce CRM platforms within the HR function. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, proven project leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. As the Salesforce HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the optimisation and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM platforms across our HR function. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their vision and our external technology partners to enhance performance and drive forward key items on roadmaps. You will drive continuous improvement, identify system enhancements, and enable automation across various teams.
