A leading support organization based in Peterborough is looking for a confident individual to join their HR team as a HR Shared Services Advisor. This part-time role (25 hours per week) involves conducting employment checks, managing employee documentation, and ensuring data accuracy in internal systems. Ideal candidates will have some customer service experience and a willingness to learn. Flexibility is offered with the option to work from home or in the office.
We are recruiting for a HR Shared Services Advisor to join our busy and proven HR team in Peterborough. The role is 25 hours per week fixed term contract to cover a secondment until the end of October 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a centralised HR Shared Service team and really make a difference to the people we support.
Here at Mencap we understand that some of our office based colleagues can do their role from a range of locations, which is why we like to be flexible. The role requires you to work 25 hours per week, you can choose to work from home or from our Peterborough office.
During your first month of training, you'll be expected to come in twice a week.
Are you someone who is willing to learn and try new tasks? We need a confident person to answer calls and emails. It would be good for you to have some computer skills.
