A leading utilities provider is seeking an HR Services Administrator to manage daily HR tasks and assist employees with HR policies. This role offers a salary around £29,000 and blended working after probation. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Office. The position is located in Maidstone, and drivers are preferred due to limited public transport.
81506 - HR Services Administrator. This HR Services Administrator will report to the HR Services Team Leader and will work within the Human Resources directorate based in either our Crawley or Maidstone office. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of Circa £29,000.00 - depending on experience and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

PLEASE NOTE – If you are wanting to be based at our Maidstone site, please be advised that you would need to be a car driver as there is no public transport that stops close to our Bircholt Road offices.
