The Portfolio Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant (HR & Rewards) to own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Based in Hinckley, you will drive new business revenue for our Reward portfolio and convert leads into long-term clients. In this consultative, B2B role you will engage senior stakeholders across multiple channels, deliver platform demos, and onboard clients through our job evaluation methodologies.

Qualificações

• Experience in a consultative B2B sales environment.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated to hit performance indicators.
• Advantageous knowledge of pay and reward principles or training delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Full sales cycle: prospecting through to closing.
• Account growth: cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
• Multi-channel prospecting: engage senior stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• CRM management: keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date.
• Product demonstrations: deliver engaging online platform demos.
• Client onboarding: conduct software training and guide clients through job evaluation methodologies.
