Job summary

The Portfolio Group is recruiting a Reward Sales Consultant in Hinckley to lead outbound prospecting and drive new business for our Reward portfolio. You will identify client needs, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term clients in a consultative, sales-led role.

Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, cross-selling services, multi-channel outreach, CRM updates in Salesforce, product demonstrations, and guiding clients through our job evaluation

Qualifications

• Proven consultative B2B sales experience.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and building rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Prior knowledge of pay and reward principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting and drive new business revenue.
• Cross-sell services to existing clients and secure referrals.
• Engage stakeholders via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of sales activities.
• Deliver engaging online product demonstrations of the Reward portfolio.
• Onboard clients and guide them through job evaluation methodologies.
