They are now seeking a People Programmes Manager to join their HR team and take ownership of key people initiatives, programmes and projects across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional who enjoys building relationships, leading meaningful people projects, and enhancing the employee lifecycle through data-driven, modern HR practices.

The Role

Working closely with senior HR leaders and specialist teams, the People Programmes Manager will help shape, deliver, and evaluate people-related programmes aligned to the organisation's People Strategy. You will partner with stakeholders across the business, using data, insight and best practice to develop solutions that enhance engagement, experience and organisational performance.

About You
Essential:
  • Degree or equivalent in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering HR/People-related projects.
  • Expertise in at least two areas such as Talent Management, Reward, Employee Relations, EDI, or Change Management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and data analytics to inform decisions.
Desirable:
  • Chartered CIPD membership (or working towards).
  • Experience in a unionised environment.
  • Experience in HR transformation or digital HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Formal project management qualification.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment (e.g. retail or FMCG).
