  • Lead HR administration and payroll processes.
  • Manage and improve HR System and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance and write HR policies.
  • Design efficient HR workflows and templates.
  • Act as technical HR lead on payroll and queries.
  • Handle Employee Relations issues escalated from the team.
