A growing forward-thinking business based in Cannock seeks an HR Operations Lead. This pivotal role involves leading HR operations, ensuring compliance, managing recruitment, and supporting financial activities like budget planning. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge and experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting, along with a CIPD Level 5 qualification. This position is full-time on site and offers a competitive salary of £45,000 plus benefits.

Monday-Friday 14.00-22.00 or 18.00-02.00 fixed or rotating shifts.

You will have strong HR knowledge and leadership experience from within a warehouse or manufacturing environment, together with exposure to finance activities including budget planning and cost tracking.
