Job description
Role Overview

We’re looking for an analytical, detail-focused, and people-minded HR Data and Systems Analyst to join our Group HR team.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of HR Operations & Integration by helping to manage and improve our HR systems, data, and reporting processes. This includes ensuring the accuracy of global HR data, supporting local HR teams, contributing to ESG and DEI reporting, and assisting with system enhancements and process improvements.

If you love technology, data, and the idea of making HR operations smarter and more efficient, this role will give you the exposure and mentorship to grow into an HR Systems, Operations, or Analytics specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Experience & HR Process Support: maintain accurate, engaging, and people-friendly digital HR processes across the employee lifecycle from engagement to offboarding.
  • Review and update workflows to ensure HR systems reflect a consistent and connected employee experience.
  • Maintain and update system-driven templates, forms, and guides aligned with Group policies and tone of voice.
  • Collect and track employee feedback on HR systems and digital touchpoints from sources such as hiring and exit interviews and engagement surveys.
  • Internal Communications & People PR: collate, design, edit, and distribute the monthly internal HR/People newsletter; maintain a calendar of HR-related communications and events.
  • Coordinate and administer employee engagement surveys, ensuring data accuracy and sharing via dashboards or visual summaries.
  • Analyze survey results to feed into engagement plans and HR initiatives.
  • Act as a support superuser across the Group’s HR systems, assisting with user access, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.
  • Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and rollouts to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Maintain documentation, FAQs, and training resources for HR and employees.
  • Monitor data accuracy and integrity across HR systems (core HR, payroll, benefits, learning, ATS).
  • Support automation and streamlining of HR workflows and processes across all HR systems.
HR Data, Reporting & Analytics Rockstar
  • Support the creation of regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, diversity, learning, and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy through audits, reconciliations, and data cleansing.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reports for HR leadership, MDs, and Board reviews.
  • Identify trends and insights from HR data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare data and insights for senior management meetings with consistent branding and wording.
  • Support local HR administrators to carry out day-to-day activities (e.g., maintaining employee records, preparing employment contracts, onboarding and induction, and processing changes such as promotions or terminations).
  • Track and manage HR documentation and records in compliance with data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • Assist with global onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes; ensure systems reflect changes promptly.
  • Coordinate with regional HR teams to resolve data discrepancies and maintain consistency across Group entities.
  • Support HR audits and identify improvement areas.
  • Maintain and track the HR risk register and related actions.
  • Support compliance in HR data processes, ensuring GDPR and information security standards are met.
  • Help document and update HR policies, workflows, and processes as required.
M&A and Investor Support
  • Support onboarding of new acquisitions into Group HR systems and processes.
  • Assist with data collection, validation, and migration during integration phases.
  • Maintain tracking documentation to ensure systems and records are up-to-date and aligned post-acquisition.
  • Report on data and insights for Head of HR Operations and Integration to submit for investor review.
  • Support gathering and reporting social and ESG data across DEI, wellbeing, and community initiatives.
  • Maintain a calendar of global inclusion and wellbeing events and share activity across regions.
  • Assist in compiling ESG and DEI metrics for leadership reports and external submissions.
  • Gather data and content to support award entries and recognition for our people and culture programs.
  • Support content for the global newsletter as needed.
Projects & Process Improvement
  • Participate in system improvement projects, migrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Support testing (UAT) and documentation during system updates or module rollouts.
  • Communicate system or process changes across the HR community.
  • Suggest ideas to boost efficiency, data quality, or user experience in HR operations.
  • Collaborate with local country HR and Group functions (Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B) to provide system and data support.
  • Manage vendor tickets, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support relationships with external service providers, maintaining contracts and system updates.
The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills):
  • You don’t need a degree — just a strong curiosity about HR data, comfort with spreadsheets or systems, and a desire to grow your skills. Experience in data, systems, or analytics roles is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Oracle, ADP, or similar) is a plus.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) with an interest to further develop skills.
  • Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle data.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and ESG concepts is preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and employee experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong PowerPoint skills.

What you’ll gain
  • Experience across HR systems, data, reporting, compliance, and ESG.
  • Mentorship from senior HR leaders and involvement in global HR operations.
