HR Officer (Recruitment & ER Focus) - Dungannon

VANRATH are proud to be partnering with a leading employer in the Dungannon area to recruit an experienced HR Officer for a 12-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate HR professional with strong recruitment delivery and employee relations experience to join a high-performing HR team during a period of organisational growth and transformation.

The Role

The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic HR functions - with a strong focus on:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple departments
  • Advising managers on employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, etc.)
  • Supporting line managers through recruitment, onboarding, and performance-related processes
  • Assisting with policy application and ensuring adherence to employment law and internal HR procedures
  • Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, with proven ability in recruitment and employee relations
  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5 preferred)
  • Solid understanding of UK employment legislation
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site or manufacturing environment is advantageous
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • 12-month temporary contract
  • Monday to Friday working hours
