This role focuses on providing administrative support mainly within recruitment, maintaining documents, and assisting with HR policies. A large public sector organisation based in Lisburn are looking for a part time HR & OD coordinator to join their large HR team. Working mainly within the Recruitment team, this is a great opportunity to gain more experience in HR whilst working in a supportive team.

About you
  • 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • Three years' experience in Administration
  • Maintaining a computerised system
  • A working knowledge of computerised Human Resource Information Systems
What you'll do
  • Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service across the recruitment team.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the documents and records management system for the recruitment team.
  • Be responsible for the administration of HR & OD invoices to include raising purchase orders, coding and payment in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures.
  • Provide support and advice to line managers in relation to the implementation of Human Resources related policies and procedures.
  • Carry out on-the-job training with end users on Information Systems and provide delivery of training on aspects of Induction.
